A Content card with Kind = testimonial
What makes it this section
The Content card type serves eight different cards. Kind decides which, and only a testimonial is accepted in this band.
What each field controls
The Field column is the label as it appears in Contentful; under it, the field's id, for talking to a developer.

How to change it, step by step
Find the testimonial the template uses
Open the shared template's Sections list and open the Content card in the testimonial position. The template REUSES an existing testimonial rather than owning one, so the card you find may be used elsewhere on the site too.
Change it, or link a different one
To put a different quote on every hotel page, link a different published Content card here. To put one on a single hotel, add a testimonial card to that hotel's own Accommodation Sections list.
Publish the card, then the template
Publish the card. If you changed which card is linked, publish the template Page entry as well.
