What this is used for

An icon, a label, a line of supporting text and optionally a link. Set Kind first — it decides which of the other fields apply and where the item is allowed to appear. One type now serves trust marks, sidebar benefits, feature cards, USP items, checklist items, ways-to-book options and hotel hero badges, so name the label clearly: it is the entry title.

How you use it

Small reusable pieces — a button, an icon and label, a phone number — that other entries point at. Change one and every place using it changes too, so check where it is used before editing.

Label label required	Short text	The visible label, and the entry title. Trust mark: the badge text. Benefit / Feature / USP / Way to book: the bold heading. Checklist item: the to-do line.
Supporting text description	Long text	One or two supporting lines. Used by Benefit, Feature, USP and Way to book. Hotel hero badge: this is the TOOLTIP behind the badge's info icon — write it for every badge, it is the only explanation a customer gets. Leave blank for Trust mark and Checklist item — neither shows it.
Icon (uploaded asset) icon	One image or file	Preferred. An uploaded icon always wins over the Icon URL below. Not used by Checklist item.
Icon URL (PIM/DAM) iconUrl	Short text	Fallback only — a PIM/DAM icon URL, for items authored or seeded without an upload. Ignored when an icon asset is set.
Icon alt text iconAlt	Short text	What the icon shows, for screen readers. Leave blank if the icon is purely decorative and the label already says it.
Built-in icon name iconName	Short text	Advanced. Names an icon built into the site rather than an uploaded asset. Leave blank unless a developer has given you a name.
Use the padlock icon useLockIcon	Yes / no	Trust mark only. Shows the padlock instead of an uploaded icon — used by the 'Secure payment' mark.
Link label ctaLabel	Short text	Feature, Way to book and Checklist item. REQUIRED for Way to book — an option with no button cannot be used. Leave blank for Trust mark and Benefit.
Link destination ctaHref	Short text	Where the link goes. Fill it whenever you set a link label. Must be a full address starting https:// , a path on this site starting / , or a #anchor — a bare kuoni.co.uk is not a link. Leave blank on a checklist item that uses a Booking action instead.

Booking action (URL built in code) actionKey	Short text	Checklist item only. Builds the link from the booking being viewed, so leave the Link destination blank when you set this. Choose one of: billing passengerInfo

Internal name internalName	Short text	Optional. Only worth filling when two items share a label and you need to tell them apart in the entry list.
Hero badge badgeKey	Short text	Hotel hero badges only — set Kind to "Hotel hero badge" first. Pick which badge this item supplies the wording for: the Label becomes the badge text and the Supporting text becomes its tooltip. Whether the badge APPEARS is not decided here — Kuoni exclusive needs the "exclusive" hotel tag in the PIM, Engage collection needs a non-empty Engage value, and Book online needs TravelBox to report the hotel as bookable online.
