robots.txt — extra Disallow paths

robotsDisallowPaths
A list of short texts

Extra paths to add to robots.txt's Disallow list, one per tag, each starting with /. These are ADDED to the built-in list (/api/, /my-kuoni/, /search-results, Next internals) — you cannot remove those here, on purpose. Disallow stops crawling, it does NOT remove an already-indexed URL; use the page's own 'noindex' for that.

robots.txt — Allow exceptions

robotsAllowPaths
A list of short texts

Carve-outs from the Disallow list, for the rare case where one path under a blocked folder must stay crawlable. Leave empty unless someone has asked for it.

Organisation name (structured data)

organizationName
Short text

The brand name as it should appear in Google's knowledge panel, e.g. 'Kuoni'. Feeds the Organization structured data on the home page (§5.16). Leave empty and the site name from the environment config is used instead.

Organisation legal name (structured data)

organizationLegalName
Short text

The registered company name, if it differs from the brand name, e.g. 'Der Touristik UK Ltd'. Optional — omit it rather than repeating the brand name.

Organisation logo (structured data)

organizationLogo
One image or file

The logo Google may show beside the brand in search results. Needs to be a real raster or SVG logo on a plain background, not a photo. Leave empty and the footer logo is used.

Organisation profile URLs (structured data)

organizationSameAs
A list of short texts

Full URLs of official profiles that represent the same organisation — social accounts, Wikipedia, Companies House. Leave empty and the footer's social links are used, which is usually the right answer; fill this in only when the list should differ from the footer.

Organisation contact phone (structured data)

organizationContactPhone
Short text

The customer-facing sales/support number in international format, e.g. +44 1306 747000. Leave empty and the footer's phone number is used.

Tag dictionary

tagDictionary
Structured data

Managed by the Tag Tree app — you do not type in here. It holds the name, web address and icon of every tag, so the website can show a tag without looking it up. Rebuilt whenever the tag list changes.

Tags shown on a page

tagDisplayLimit
Whole number

How many tags a page shows at most. Cards are always three, which is a design rule and is not set here. Leave empty for six.

Tag changes need approval

tagApprovalRequired
Yes / no

When this is on, renaming a tag or moving it in the tree is held for approval instead of going live. Changes wait in 'Tag changes awaiting approval' until someone approves them in the Tag Tree app.

Tag changes awaiting approval

tagPendingChanges
Structured data

Written by the Tag Tree app. The tag changes that are waiting for approval. Empty when there is nothing waiting.

Fields kept in step automatically

These appear greyed out, or not at all. They are filled in from another system, so anything typed here would be overwritten.
