What this is used for

An authored card: an article, a destination, an expert, a link tile, a customer testimonial or an FAQ. Set Kind first — it decides which fields are used and how the card renders. For hotels and trip ideas use Product card instead: those read their content from the PIM.

How you use it

The small tiles that appear inside a row or grid. Create a card, then reference it from the section that shows it.

Entries of this type are listed by their Title. That is the name you and everyone else will see when searching for the entry, so make it descriptive.

Title title required	Short text	The card's heading. For an FAQ this is the question, so it may run long.
Subtitle subtitle	Short text	Destination: the region. Expert: the job title. Ignored elsewhere.
Body body	Long text	REQUIRED for Testimonial (the quote) and FAQ (the answer). The description or bio elsewhere.
Image image	One image or file	The card image. Takes precedence over Image URL — set one or the other, not both.
Avatar avatar	One image or file	Portrait for an expert or testimonial card. Takes precedence over Avatar URL.
Image URL imageUrl	Short text	The Celum URL of the card picture. Pictures are not uploaded into Contentful — paste the URL of the asset as it is served.

Person photo URL avatarUrl	Short text	A photo of a PERSON — the expert, or the customer who gave the testimonial. Rendered small and round, so do not put a landscape here.

Avatar name avatarName	Short text	Name of the person in the Avatar portrait — the customer who gave the testimonial, or the expert. Keep it to the name: the card's headline belongs in Title.
Avatar title avatarTitle	Short text	That person's title or designation, e.g. "Travel Expert" or "Kuoni customer". For an Expert card the role can also live in Subtitle — use one or the other, not both.
Link URL link	Short text	REQUIRED for Article and Link card — without it the tile renders and goes nowhere. Testimonial uses it for 'read the full story'.
Tags tags	A list of short texts	Article: topic tags. Expert: specialisms.
Rating rating	Whole number	Testimonial only. 1-5 stars.
Show text over the image overlay	Yes / no	Link card only. Puts the label on top of the image instead of under it.
Sale styling (offer cards) saleStyling	Yes / no	Offer cards only. Tick to draw this card in the sale colourway — the red, copy-only card with no photo. Leave unticked for the standard cream card with an image. A card with no image attached is drawn red too, so tick this when you mean it rather than relying on that.
Show in the popular destinations list popular	Yes / no	DESTINATION CARDS ONLY (Kind = "destination"); it is ignored on every other kind. Ticking it does two things: the card is offered first in the homepage Popular Destinations rail, and it appears in the search bar's "Popular right now" flyout. Leave every card unticked and the flyout shows a built-in list instead, and records that it is doing so in the fallback register.
PIM / travel-area join key joinKey	Short text	Destination: the travel-area id. Link card: the ePIM id. Must match the source system exactly — do not invent values.
Button label ctaLabel	Short text	Label for the filled button, e.g. "Learn more". Leave empty to hide the button.
Text link label detailsLabel	Short text	Label for the underlined text link under the button, e.g. "View all details". Leave empty to hide it.
