Quote contact form (§2.2.1, KWRP-173): lets the customer send a message about a specific quote to Kuoni support. Posts to the quote-message route handler, which forwards to the CRM tagged with the quote. Client-side validation mirrors the server boundary so obvious mistakes are caught before the round trip; the message is never logged.
